More and more renters in Arizona are being put in a very difficult situation. The homes that they are staying are being foreclosed without their prior knowledge, according to azcentral.com
The not profit group, Arizona Tenant Advocates & Association, has received a significant number of phone calls over the past year from renters throughout the Phoenix Valley. Renters are frantic about what they are able to do in this situation that is no fault of their own.
The problem continues to grow worse as landlords are having their rental properties foreclosed.
